In 1960, Dior asked Paul Vacher to compose the first Dior leather, Diorling. As a tribute to this creation by Paul Vacher, who had already distinguished himself in this olfactory family in 1931 with the composition of Scandal by Lanvin, considered to be one of the greatest leathers in modern perfumery, and to his visionary and talented spirit, Le Galion now offers Cuir, an original creation on the theme of leather, opening with a citrus start of bergamot and elemi, and built around white lily, ambergris, musks and sandalwood.
